Brett came highly recommended to me by a friend, and he managed a rental house for me for over 3 years. From the start, Brett was responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was honest about the prospects of finding renters, raising rates, etc., and then he still found great tenants at solid market rates. I always knew my house was in good hands with Brett!

I strongly recommend Brett and his team to anyone looking for an honest, experienced, and proactive property management agency. Over two years ago, Brett and his team took over management of my rental property from another property management agency that was not meeting my expectations. It was the difference btw night and day. Brett was able to get us a market rate rent increase, that the previous firm doubted we could get, and found a better tenant, who took better care of our house. When it was time to find new tenants again, he was able to get us another rental increase (even in a softening rental market) and found another wonderful set of tenants. There is zero drama in working with Brett and his team. They are proactive and are truly a homeowner's advocate.

When I first started searching for a new property manager, I sent out emails to several people/companies and I was called me back within 30 minutes, late on a Friday afternoon nonetheless. In terms of being a good property manager, responsiveness and good communication are some of the top things to look for and they are really good about that. They handled transferring everything from my old management company and has even taken care of a couple of issues with my property since then that I'm sure would have taken the old company forever to deal with and cost me $$$. The rent payments even end up in my bank account faster than with the old management company!
